General terms and conditions:

• In case preceding a commitment of authority institutions is commited, FC A-S is not responsible.
• Orders of the police, firemen or ambulance personnel must be obeyed.
• In case of evacuation from the stadium you have to gather at the gathering point. Visiting supporters must go to the busses and/or cars under supervision.
• In case of when you damage something on the complexes of FC A-S you are held accountable.
• FC A-S is not responsible for extreme weather that can harass the match severely. You don't have the rights to ask your money back.
• FC A-S is responsible for the maintenance of the stadium. In case you see something which is broken or damaged, please tell it to the closest steward.
• No speaking chores in the stadium. This may lead to fines for the club.
• Don't throw items on the pitch. 
• FC A-S field maintenance appreciates your support and therefore asks you to not throw beer on the pitch. This can lead to serious damage to the field.
• If you want to get a signature or picture from/with a player after the game, we suggest you to do this in sections BA untill BF. 
• You may enter the supportershome if you show your ticket and/or SCC. The entrance is located at HV.

Ticketing:

• FC A-S isn't responsible if a consumer loses his/her ticket and/or tries to enter the stadium with a damaged ticket.
• Allowance to the stadium is only granted if you posess a valid ID-card and/or passport and a SCC and/or match ticket.
• It is strictly prohibited to sell a ticket to third parties.
• Sales to visiting supporters happens exclusively via the visiting club. FC A-S is not responsible if all tickets for the away section are sold out.
• Without club card it is not possible to sell single tickets.
• If you can't attend the game(s) of FC A-S because of unexpected circumstances, FC A-S may return your payment. For this send a mail to FC A-S.
• If you own a wheelchair, you have to announce this to the ticketing of FC A-S.

Visiting supporters:

• If you don't behave properly inside our stadium, you are expected to leave the stadium directly.
• Visiting supporters must obey oders of the stewards of FC A-S. Disagreeing automatically leads to a ban from the stadium.
• Also the visiting supporter isn't permitted to bring any alcohol, drugs and fireworks into the stadium.
• Bear in mind with a hold up for about 15 minutes.
• Plastic bottles, glass bottles and other forms of this kind of items must be hand over.
• All visiting supporters need to own an exchange ticket (unless declared in a different way), valid match ticket and a valid ID-card.

Stadium:

• If you plan to enter the stadium without allowance or goal, you are awaited a stadium ban for 24 months. Juridical steps are arranged by the KNVB. 
• It is strictly prohibited to enter the field.
• If you enter the field without allowance or goal, you are awaited a stadium ban of 48 months.
• It is strictly prohibited to enter the stadium when you are under direct influence of alcohol or drugs.
• It is strictly prohibited to smuggle fireworks or other dangerous goods into the stadium. If you still do this, police will be called in and you will be awaited a stadium ban of 48 months.
• If you damage the stadium and/or complex of FC A-S as a home supporter your SCC will be cancelled and you will be banned from the stadium for six months.
• Section AA will be closed if it's completely filled. We advise you therefore to not purchase season tickets for this section.
• If there are more than 500 visiting supporters section AA will be used as an away section too. In this case section AB and AC are closed and you are ought to sit down in section BE or BF.
• FC A-S grants right of way to supporters who are handicapped, therefore we expect this from our supporters.

Stompwijk’92 supporters:

• Supporters from Stompwijk '92 are strictly prohibited to enter the stadium without stewards. They are never allowed to be in the home sections.
• Strontwijk '92 have to send a copy of their ID-card and/or passport to FC A-S one week before the beginning of the match. If you did not do this, you won't be granted allowance into the stadium.
• Stompwijk '92 supporters should announce themselves 1.5 hours before the match at the away section of FC A-S.
• Tickets of the match FC A-S against Stompwijk '92 ought not to be sold forth. If this is the case anyway, you will be given a stadium ban for six months.
• Banners, drums and other mood items should be announced to FC A-S one week before the upcoming match.
• Stompwijk '92 should not be present nearby the supporters home.
